Delete your Boardrift account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, free of charge. Deletion applies to the game on PC, iPhone and Android: it is the same account.

How to delete

  1. On the website (fastest): go to My account → Account and privacy → Delete my account and confirm by typing DELETE. Deletion is immediate.
  2. In the game: open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
  3. By email: if you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the account’s email address, with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm your identity and complete it within 15 days.

What is deleted

  • The account (email and identifier) and the nickname.
  • Cloud progress: level, XP, coins, gems, items, pets, carrots and armor.
  • Runs, records, ranking positions, leagues and seasons, and the wallet history.
  • Preset chat phrases, reactions and blocks you made.

What may remain

  • The technical receipt of purchases made on the App Store or Google Play, not linked to you, for as long as the law requires. The purchases remain recorded with Apple or Google.
  • Moderation records and reports, only for as long as needed for community safety.

Deleting the account or uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play.

Before deleting

If you want, download a copy of your data in JSON format. After deletion, progress cannot be recovered.
